Postal Entry Option

If you would like to enter any of our competitions by free postal method, then please send a postcard or letter via 1st or 2nd class post stating which competition you would like to take part in along with your personal details as follows,

Date of Birth,
Postal Address
Email address
One contact number.
The game ID- found above the description in the competition
One Entry per Postcard or letter posted. 

All details must be either typed or clearly written, we cannot accept any postal entries if the writing on your postcard is not readable. If we receive 1 postcard in the post containing multiple entries this will not comply with the above terms and conditions.

All postal entries must be received before the close of the competition , Any entries that fail to follow the criteria above or are received after all ticket numbers have been sold for a competition will be void. A random number in the draw will be allocated to each postal Entrant by the Promoter and all free postal entries will be treated in exactly the same way as paid Entries.

Entrants MUST have an active account on our website at the time the postal entries are processed, all details on postcards MUST match the name and address on the account to which they are to be added. Please register a free account in the My Account section of the website.

If we have reason to believe one person is attempting to enter using multiple names and addresses all associated entries will be voided, as per the paid entry route.

If you go into your menu and click on history, it will bring up all of the invoices for the competitions you have entered.

If you press the invoice, it will drop down

The gold 5 digit code can be clicked which will take you directly to the competition you've entered. There you'll be able to see what competition it is, what numbers you've purchased and if it's been drawn.

All live videos can be found on the page and on the website

Once you click a number on the website and hit reserve, that number then becomes yours and nobody else can pick it! If you've ended up with a number you didn't mean to pick or you've changed your mind, that's okay! Just click your number again and it will ask if you want to cancel it or remove it from your basket via the 'x' button.

Numbers must be paid for upon picking, please don't pick and intend to pay later as resells are regularly cleared up.

Any numbers that are found to be unpaid for are removed from the competitions after 10 minutes to free up the space for others to have a chance.

You will be able to find this lucky dip bar on each of the competitions. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10 and 20 tickets are able to be instantly reserved at random with just the click of a button.

Lucky dips are just as likely to find instant wins as picking your own tickets

If you win, firstly, well done! You'll be contacted within 24 hours to let you know via text, you don't have to watch the live to claim a win. If we are unable to contact you via your mobile number, we will contact you via the email address you have provided on the website- so please make sure these details are correct! We also have the ability to find you on social media if we're ever particularly stuck, but this is extremely rare.

🐓/Free Chick Entry is a free pooled draw, to enter, all you have to do is post ’🐓/Chick’ in the comments on the corresponding competition post Facebook OR click the ‘Free Chick Entry’ button on the website! Customers are welcomed to use both methods if they wish

You don’t have to make a purchase at any point to use this method of entering.! It's 100% free always!

All Chick Entries are automatically generated into number 1 on the competition- it will display green on the competition once claimed

If number 1 wins the draw- everyone that entered via the free pooled entry route will be placed into a second draw to take the cash for FREE!

You must have an account with us prior to the draw to claim a win or this will be void

VIP is a subscription that lasts for 31 days from the date of purchase, it costs £5 to join and is available under the account section. This is not a direct debit or rolling contract, VIP will end 31 days after purchase for customers to decide if they would like to re-purchase.

VIPs receive exclusive competitions, jackpots and freebies.

VIP does NOT give you anymore chance of winning than standard accounts.

VIP competitions will be drawn at alternate draw times as advertised.

VIP competitions appear as gold and are found in the competitions section where normal competitions are, they are drawn within the Facebook group.

VIPs do not get automatically get entered into any competitions.

We do our draws at 10am and 7pm weekdays and 2pm and 7pm at weekends, 7 days a week!

We always post on our Facebook group ‘Winner Winner Chicken Dinner LTD’ if these times have to be changed and you can also find out or next draw time on the ‘All Competitions’ page.

This is subject to slight delays in draw time but we make that as clear as possible if we have to do so

Competitions are subject to being bought forward if all tickets are sold so keep a close eye on the site if you’ve entered.

We wouldn’t bring a draw forward if all tickets hadn’t sold out- but we don’t believe in waiting weeks to find out if you’re a winner if there’s no tickets left!

Unfortunately not personally, we highly recommend keeping a close eye on the website/app if you’ve entered a draw as the competitions sell very quickly here… It may even be the same day you’ve entered!
